QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Required: Higher education (finance, economics, banking or insurance); Experience in creating requirements for creating business processes or setting and describing technical tasks for software development; Ability to systematize and structure disparate information; Analytical thinking and good communication skills; Experience in the field of insurance will be an advantage; Business process modeling skills or experience with diagram and flowchart editors (MS Visio, Draw.io, etc.) will be an advantage; Understanding of flexible project management methodologies (Agile/ Scrum/ Kanban) will be an advantage; Understanding the principles of system interaction via API and JSON format will be an advantage. Your ROLE: Interaction with insurance companies regarding sales of insurance products to customers of the bank; Participation in the study of customer experience in terms of using insurance products in order to develop and launch sales of new products and services; Interaction with IT departments when implementing business processes, preparing project documentation for their implementation; making changes to the technical settings of products, processes and printed forms, conducting functional testing of bank systems; analyzing the effectiveness and supporting the functionality of business processes implemented on the Corezoid platform.
