QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Required: Higher education (finance, economics, banking or insurance); Experience in formulating requirements for creating business processes or setting and describing technical tasks for software development; Ability to systematize and structure disparate information; Analytical thinking and good communication skills ;Experience in the field of insurance will be an advantage;Skills in modeling business processes or experience with editors of diagrams and flowcharts (MS Visio, Draw.io, etc.) will be an advantage;Understanding flexible project management methodologies (Agile/ Scrum/ Kanban) will be an advantage; Understanding the principles of interaction between systems via API and JSON format will be an advantage. Your ROLE: Interaction with insurance companies regarding sales to bank customers of insurance products; Participation in customer experience research in terms of using insurance products in order to develop and launch sales of new products and services; Interaction with divisions IT during the implementation of business processes, preparation of project documentation for their implementation; Making changes to the technical settings of products, processes and printed forms, conducting functional testing of bank systems; Analysis of the effectiveness and support of the functionality of business processes implemented on the Corezoid platform.
