Project Manager in UI/UX Design Studio in Spaceberry Studio

Spaceberry is a boutique UI/UX design studio. We create interfaces for web and mobile applications, working with the US/UK/EU markets.Our mission is to increase the importance of design in the development of digital products. Now, we are actively expanding. So, we are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team.Responsibilities:Processing tasks on the products of existing and new clients of the studio – working with the brief and requirements, searching for a match between the project and the competence of the designer(s), setting up tasks, and monitoring the timing and quality of the work performed;Working closely with a Business Development team, designers, and design lead;Operational work – compiling estimates and sticking to them, accounting of how many hours someone spent and on "what", generating full-fledged reports from this to the client, maneuvering between deadlines to manage the load of designers (usually, each designer of the studio participates in from 1 to 3 projects at the same time);Handling from 3 to 7 active projects;Working through technical requirements and creating accurate estimates with the design team;Facilitate meetings with clients with proper agenda, summary, and follow-ups;Tactical accounting – spot potential threats on a project ahead of time and decide how to react or prevent them.Hard skills:Minimum one year of experience as a project manager in IT;Experience in managing a distributed team on three or more projects;English level at least B2;Working experience with Jira/Trello/Confluence;Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies;Ability to integrate a new team into existing products;Knowledge of all phases of the software development cycle;Good at organizing and structuring information, distributing documents and project data;Strong analytical skills;Ability to prioritize;Risk management skills.Soft skills:Healthy perfectionism;Empathy;Strong time-management;Strong communication skills;Ability to take care of the design team and clients.We offer:Spaceberry is a Diia City resident.
