Responsibilities: Processing tasks onthe products ofexisting and new clients ofthe studio— working with the brief and requirements, searching for amatch between the project and the competence ofthe designer(s), setting uptasks, and monitoring the timing and quality ofthe work performed; Working closely with aBusiness Development team, designers, and design lead; Operational work— compiling estimates and sticking tothem, accounting ofhow many hours someone spent and on“what”, generating full-fledged reports from this tothe client, maneuvering between deadlines tomanage the load ofdesigners (usually, each designer ofthe studio participates infrom 1to3projects atthe same time); Handling from 3to7active projects; Working through technical requirements and creating accurate estimates with the design team; Facilitate meetings with clients with proper agenda, summary, and follow-ups; Tactical accounting— spot potential threats onaproject ahead oftime and decide how toreact orprevent them. Hard skills: Minimum one year ofexperience asaproject manager inIT; Experience inmanaging adistributed team onthree ormore projects; English level atleast B2; Working experience with Jira/Trello/Confluence; Knowledge ofScrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies; Ability tointegrate anew team into existing products; Knowledge ofall phases ofthe software development cycle; Good atorganizing and structuring information, distributing documents and project data; Strong analytical skills; Ability toprioritize; Risk management skills.
