QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• Education - higher
• 3 years of work experience in banking operational risks or compliance
• Professional knowledge: legislative acts regulating banking activity, normative acts of the NBU; methods of operational risk analysis and assessment adopted in Ukrainian and international practice; general understanding of internal banking processes; MS Office package at a good level + presentation preparation skills;

Wanted:

• Good communication skills, analytical thinking, the ability to predict the outcome of the process. 

Your ROLE:

• Assessment of operational risks in the development and implementation of new business processes, Bank projects, change/optimization of existing business processes before their implementation
• Analysis and evaluation of the control design of new automated business processes when implementing innovative technologies< /li>
• Formation of proposals to minimize the risks of automated business processes
• Participation in the development of the design of new products, services and services for the Bank's clients
• Expert participation in the working teams of the Bank's strategic projects .
