Your duties:

• Optimizing business processes in the design department, identifying and eliminating weak points;
• Development and implementation of creative ideas for product design;
• Setting tasks< /strong> team, development of technical specifications, control over the deadlines for the completion of tasks and their verification; >
• Maintenance of reporting documentation.

You are an ideal candidate if:

• You have successful experience managing a design department in the field e-commerce and you know how to work with Amazon — this will be your advantage, you have experience working as a marketer;
• You can independently organize and systematize all processes of the design department;
< li>You easily find and analyze the necessary information;
• You think creatively, generate new ideas and implement them;
• Clearly and clearly communicate your thoughts and you defend your point of view;
• You are fluent in Photoshop, because we work only in this tool;
• English at theIntermediate level and above is not problem for you;
• You are confident using PC and Google.
