Project Manager (iGaming) in EJaw Estonia OU

EJAW is a software development and game design company serving game developers, media companies and other organizations worldwide since 2010.

We are looking for a manager for slot projects from our European and American partners

Responsibilities:

• development of project estimates, development of work plan, work with contractors and internal resources;
• management of projects and cross-functional development team (planning, quality control, deadlines, budgets and risks);
• construction and adaptation of processes, creation of documentation;
• people management (offboarding, regular meetings, development plan, etc.);
• preparation of reports for management and other interested parties;
• li>communication with the customer (coordination of plans, terms, requirements, budget);
• organization, preparation and participation in additional presentations (demos, prototypes, etc.).

Wishes for candidates:

• 2 years of experience as a manager in the IT field;
• gambling experience will be a plus projects;
• deep knowledge and skills of project management;
• understanding of technical and art processes of project development;
• ability to build team workflow processes, create process documentation and control their compliance;
• practical experience in using project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• experience in managing several projects at the same time;
• high communication skills.
