We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to create and manage the development of mobile games in the hypercasual genre.
Main duties:
- Research and analysis of the market, trends, competitor games, and based on them the creation of new game concepts;
- Coordination and control of the team throughout the process game development for the final creation of a successful project;
- Controlling and taking responsibility for the quality and success of the final product;
- Contributing ideas to game design and development, improving game performance;
- Monitoring game metrics and building hypotheses based on them, forming sprints/iterations to improve them;
- Setting priorities tasks in development that have the greatest impact on the success of the game;
- Determining the long-term strategy and goals of the product in order to maximize the total revenue from the product;
- Forming a holistic view of product development, including creative, marketing, technical and data branches;
- Qualitative, constant control and influence on product KPIs, invention and integration of innovations, hypotheses and experiments in the game for this;
- Formation and support of the product road map;
- Communication with the TOP management of the company, providing regular review and reporting on product performance/market status, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in mobile development hypercasual/hybrid/casual games;
- At least one released game in the casual genre;
- A good understanding of player psychology, the ability to manipulate player desires;
- Understanding current market trends (graphics, ergonomics, methods, etc.), competitor strategies;
- Ability to analyze and predict game market development;
- In-depth knowledge of game analytics and key metrics, as well as opportunities to improve them;
- Understanding of all game development processes, project management principles and agile methodologies;
- Understanding of all game components: design, level design, styling and UI/UX;
- Experience in data analysis/market research and discovery new trends to identify new product solutions;
- Experience of managing a team of more than 10 members (programmers, artists, animators, UI/UX, QA, etc.);
- Experience of working with remote teams;
- Gaming experience and the ability to use it in game design;
- Experience of working with product roadmap.
