Your duties in this position will be: Search, analysis and rapid implementation of global trends in the cosmetic industry contrary to philosophy Searching for low-competitive categories in the cosmetic industry and initiating the development and release of such products Studying customer "pains" and finding effective solutions in the cosmetic industry Gathering feedback from customers regarding the current assortment, analyzing it and launching projects to improve and refine products as necessary Studying and analyzing sales of the current assortment (study of the product life cycle), initiation of measures to correct these processes Search for innovative and effective components Search for suppliers of high-quality and unique packaging for new products and improvements to current products Conducting product development projects - from idea and TK to focus group and launch on the market Working with us , You will receive: A decent level of remuneration - rate + CRI; Professional development through the implementation of the company's ambitious projects; Work with an interesting and high-quality product that you will definitely recommend to friends and acquaintances; Official employment and vacation under the Labor Code; Work schedule from Monday to Friday from 9: 00 to 18:00, partially remote work, it is necessary to be in the office in Buch - 2 times a week; Possibility to be at the factory in Buch once a week.
