We invite a Project manager/ Head of the business process optimization department to join the team that implements projects of a national scale in the direction of affordable mortgage lending to the population (eOsel)

Responsibilities:- construction and optimization of processes, formation of project documentation and its maintenance;
- support of the process of initiation and implementation of process optimization projects : assemble the project team, plan the work, monitor the fact that the work is carried out on time, ensure the communications necessary in the project, manage changes in the project and risks;
- creating a roadmap, building a system of control and monitoring of the execution of tasks, managing tasks in Redmine;
- participation in creation, continuous improvement (including automation), accompanied by process management implementation process;
- communication with business customers to identify needs;
- management of all stages of projects;
- coordination of sub-projects throughout the entire life cycle of the project/product;
- cooperation with all departments, establish effective communication;
- be an ambassador of effective project management for the entire company;
- implementation of escalation, SLA in business processes.
Skills and competencies we expect:
< li> 2 years of work experience in financial institutions, banks, fin-tech, incl. project manager / business analyst mainly in the field of finance, lending- skills in working with project management software complexes (for example MS Project, Redmine, Jira)
- ability to communicate with project stakeholders< /li>
- knowledge and application of business process modeling techniques (BPMN, etc.);
- skills in describing business requirements and documentation
- experience in implementing/setting escalations, SLA in processes< /li>
- result orientation: in his work he effectively uses resources to achieve the goal, when faced with difficulties, he looks for alternative ways to complete the task and achieve the intended goals.
- communicative skills: the ability to structure communication, consolidate agreements, communicate effectively with different audiences, conduct negotiations, build team interactions;
- organizational skills: the ability to organize the cooperation of people
