Project Manager (Hardware/Software) in Frontline

The Frontline company is engaged in the development and production of robotic systems for the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. Our mission is to save human lives by robotizing the army. We are creating complex technical solutions that are changing the rules of warfare right now. We have formed an experienced and well-coordinated team of robotics engineers, programmers and designers, which is expanding and is looking for specialists in various fields, including a project manager who will manage the development of a product to improve the military infrastructure using advanced technologies We expect full compliance with all the requirements below, we welcome the desire to learn new things. Given the specifics of the work, we are currently considering only candidates from Kyiv or those who have the opportunity to come regularly to conduct joint development and testing. Your job: Manage the project from start to finish (planning, control of the development of robotic systems, organization of robotics testing at the test site, etc.). Coordinate the team (10+ people): engineers, designers, testers. Control resources and deadlines, analyze risks and develop strategies for their minimization. Effectively communicate with all process stakeholders. We expect: Experience in PM work with a hardware product (preferably in the field of robotics). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to organize work in a team and motivate her achievement of high results. The ability to quickly make decisions and manage conflict situations. What a big plus: technical education or understanding of technical aspects of robotics.
