Main tasks:

• Management full-cycle hardware projects.
• Planning deadlines, budget, resources and risks.
• Coordination of electronics, mechanics, embedded and testing teams. Management of interdisciplinary dependencies.
• Control of implementation of TOR, changes and quality of the result.
• Interaction with production, certification and suppliers.
• Providing transparent reporting to management.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager or Technical Manager in the field of hardware development (HW, Embedded, RF) for at least 3 years.
• Practical experience in project management with the full cycle of hardware product development — from the formation of a technical task to launch in production.
• Experience of interaction with engineering teams (electronics, mechanics, embedded, testing).
• Ability to work and write technical documentation: TOR, technical descriptions, specifications, reports, change control.

Will a plus:

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar.
• Understanding NPI processes, certification and product integration into production.
• English language at a level sufficient to work with documentation and contractors.
• Basic understanding of the UAV domain, REB, REP and related fields, as well as experience of interaction with engineering, production and regulatory teams
• Available professional certifications in the field of project management (PMP, PSM, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe).
