The project is actively expanding, and along with it, the number of directions, hypotheses and parallel initiatives is growing. That is why we are looking for a Project Manager (Growth & E-commerce) who will take over the management of a multi-project environment and become a key figure in launching, testing and scaling growth projects in e-commerce and marketplaces.
This role is for a strong project, able to make decisions quickly and think with a business result.
Your tasks:
- manage 5+ parallel projects (from small experiments to large launches);
- form, launch and test growth hypotheses (repeat sales, e-commerce, marketplaces);
- build high-level project plans: resources, deadlines, risks, outsourcing;
- coordinate a cross-functional team (marketing, technical specialists, design, analytics);
- optimize sales funnels, unit economics and key business metrics;
- make management decisions based on data and business priorities;
- interact with internal teams and external partners/consultants;
- launch and develop e-commerce and marketplace directions as business projects;
- prepare statuses and updates for stakeholders.
We expect from you:
- experience as a Project Manager or a related role with responsibility for the result of 2 years;
- practical experience of managing several multidisciplinary projects at the same time;
- experience of working with e-commerce, repeat sales or growth projects;
- ability to independently brief a request, form an action plan and propose solutions;
- experience of cross-functional interaction with marketing, technical teams and product;
- understanding of unit economics and key e-commerce metrics;
- highpace of work, structural thinking and willingness to work in conditions of uncertainty;
- strong communication skills and business-oriented thinking;
- knowledge of the English language from level B2 (reading, correspondence, services).
Will a plus:
- experience in launching or developing sales on marketplaces;
- experience working with LATAM / Mercado Libre;
- knowledge of the Spanish language.
