We are looking for a Project Manager for our Marketing Department, who will help us coordinate the implementation of projects, tasks and processes of the Global Marketing Operations team (11 regional managers). What will need to be done: Consolidate marketing plans by region to create a general schedule and project completion; Develop detailed action plans for the implementation of projects, including defining the scope of work, deadlines, resources and briefing the involved teams; Organize and monitor the execution of team projects, identify potential technical problems, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders on the progress and results of projects; Build and develop work standards of the HQ team and remote teams: control/optimization/reporting; Develop principles of interaction with external functions (other marketing teams, In-House Agency, Sales, Supply Chain). Inform all parties about the progress of tasks, the progress of projects and any changes or deviations from the original plan; Create consolidated requirements/TORs for the development of marketing materials for the needs of the Global Marketing Operations team; Analyze and develop strategies to prevent potential risks in global projects. Effectively manage changes during project implementation. Requirements: At least 3 years of relevant experience; Experience of launching a complex multi-channel marketing project from scratch; Understanding of BTL and digital communications; Knowledge of the English language is at least Upper-Intermediate; Experience working with customers from other countries will be an advantage.
