Our expectations:
- Experience in the role of RM with cross-functional teams from 4 years.
- Experience with the game development team.
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to build workflow of team processes, create process documentation and monitor their compliance.
- Skills of building a Gantt chart, roadmap and control and monitoring systems.
- Team building experience: identifying needs, roles, competencies, conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Experience with development, team motivation, conflict management.
- Working skills with Jira and Confluence will be + experience with Service Desk.
- Budgeting experience.
- Willingness to delve into and influence the technical aspects of the team's work.
- Experience working with a Unity development team would be an advantage.
Building and adapting processes, forming documentation and maintaining it in Confluence. Creating a roadmap, building control and team monitoring systems. Forming the functional responsibilities of each role in the team and hiring the necessary specialists. People management: onboarding, offboarding, 1to1, salary review, performance review, team motivation and development, KPI formation. Maintaining a team board in Jira. Tracking risks and forming a plan to avoid them or minimize their consequences. Formation of a quarterly budget for the team. Working with HADI cycles.
