Our expectations:

  • Experience in the role of RM with cross-functional teams from 4 years.
  • Experience with the game development team.
  • Experience of working with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to build workflow of team processes, create process documentation and monitor their compliance.
  • Skills in building a Gantt chart, roadmap and control and monitoring systems.
  • Experience in team building: identifying needs, roles, competencies, conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Experience with development, team motivation, conflict management.
  • Skills with Jira and Confluence, plus experience with Service Desk.
  • Budgeting experience.
  • Willingness to delve into and influence the technical aspects of the team's work.
  • Experience working with a Unity development team would be an advantage.

Main tasks:

  • Managing a cross-functional hypercasual game development team of up to 10 people.
  • Building and adapting processes, creating documentation and maintaining it in Confluence.
  • Creating a roadmap, building control and monitoring systems for the team.
  • Forming the functional responsibilities of each role in the team and hiring the necessary specialists.
  • People management: onboarding, offboarding, 1to1, salary review, performance review, team motivation and development, KPI formation.
  • Maintenance of the team board in Jira.
  • Tracking risks and forming a plan to avoid them or minimize their consequences.
  • Formation of a quarterly budget for the team.
  • Working with HADI cycles.
