To help our CEO transition to a CTO role, we need a skilled Project Manager.Location: Ukraine (Remote Work from everywhere) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Salary: Up to $3,500 per monthEquity: Available for in any shape of form that can be negotiated. Hosting the meetings.Project Leadership: Unblock our CEO from project management tasks, focusing on development.Stakeholder Engagement: Manage interactions with partners, clients, and business negotiations(depends on agreement)Team management: main point of contact for team queries, manage vacations and etc.Help hiring not-tech peopleRequirements:- Proven project management experience, especially in tech or startups with 4+ years of experience.- Strong understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies.- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
