In connection with the development of business boundaries, we are looking for a project manager to join our team.

What should be done?

• Working with a technical task for calculation by a contractor.
• Search and analysis of potential contractors, conducting negotiations and obtaining the best contract terms.
• Control of the product manufacturing process, compliance with deadlines by the contractor , quality and cost.
• Analyzing the risks associated with ordering goods and developing strategies to reduce or prevent them.
• Ensuring compliance of goods and services with established quality standards
• Implementation of effective methods of order management and improvement of supply processes.
• Monitoring of changes in the market of suppliers and materials, as well as analysis of new opportunities and trends.
• Maintenance of necessary documentation from orders, drawing up budgets and commercial proposals, reporting and archiving.
• Travel for quality control and acquaintance with contractors in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.

We are ready to offer you:

• stable salary with payment twice a month
• 5-day work schedule from 9-00 to 18-00
• possibility to work remotely, or in the office in Kharkiv
• a young, energetic and very friendly team that will always help and support.
• we are ready to start from 25,000 UAH for a trial period, with further review after its passage)

What are our requirements?

• higher education;
• work experience in purchasing or sales, logistics;
• work experience in the field of furniture production will be an advantage
• ability to move freely around Ukraine and beyond its borders.
• ability to effectively negotiate and defend the interests of the company in communication with counterparties;
• self-organization and responsibility, attention to details.
• fluent computer skills;
• basic knowledge of English and knowledge of French will be a plus.
