Requirements

• Ukrainian along with fluency in French C1
• You are a leader who can organize, motivate, and inspire your team
• Highly organized and self-disciplined—you know how to juggle multiple projects
• Attention to detail—you catch the smallest nuances for perfection
• Proven experience in team management or coordination

Would be nice to have

• Familiarity with admin panels like WordPress, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, or Figma (don’t worry if you don’t have this—we’ll provide personalized training)
• Previous project management experience

Responsibilities

• Communication with customers and the team at all stages of project
• Draw up a project plan, optimize workflows, resources, and prioritize tasks
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget
• Match internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution
• Coordinate between clients, managers, web developers and designers
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Conduct independent testing of the product
