Project Manager for the US market in Lemon Construction

Lemon Construction is seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Project Manager to join our team. Primary Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of construction methodologies, project lifecycle, and cost management.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fully remote environment, adhering to the work schedule from 12:00 to 20:00.

• Knowledge of English is a must (min B2)

• Flexibility, agility,  proactive approach and responsiveness;

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

• Collaborate with all levels of stakeholders  to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Support in the development of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, reports, and proposals.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

• Participate in project meetings and provide input on project status and issues.
