Project manager for the systematization and automation of production in AT People Consulting

Our client, a leading manufacturing and trading group of companies specializing in canned dairy products, is looking for a Project Manager for the systematization and automation of production.

< strong>Key tasks:

- analysis of the current state of production planning, raw materials and packaging materials, accounting of finished products

- analysis and implementation of automation of all production processes

- leading the process of adaptation of production standards

- optimization of existing production business processes.

Requirements for the candidate:

- 5 years or more of food production management experience

- successful project management experience

- successful cases of automation of production processes and increasing production efficiency

- skills of interaction with IT (internal or external contractors), setting technical tasks, monitoring the implementation of changes

- employee training

- readiness for business trips to production (Chernihiv region)

- high level of proficiency in Excel

- leadership qualities, independence, effectiveness.
