Project manager for the partnership department in Boriviter, Viyskova shkola

Boryviter Military School is a non-profit public organization that was established in April 2022 in response to the military invasion of the Russian Federation. We train military personnel free of charge in 8 areas of training, we have graduated more than 23,000 cadets. If you are close to our activities, we will be glad to see you in the team of the partnership department!

Functional responsibilities: 

• Participation in the development of ideas and strategies for attracting new partnerships.

• Implementation of new and support of existing partnership projects. Our partners are: businesses, charitable foundations, public organizations, bloggers.

• Adherence to the work plan and timely completion of project tasks.

• Communication with the PR department regarding the implementation of the media component of each project.

• Preparation of management and financial reports for partners. The latter together with the accountant.

• Processing incoming partner requests from businesses, funds and individuals.

Important skills:

• Experience in implementing turnkey projects.

• Ability to achieve goals and obtain the desired result, even if difficulties arise.

• Skills in business correspondence and the ability to negotiate with partners.

• Understanding the specifics of the work of non-governmental organizations and the public sector.

• Knowledge of the English language will be a significant advantage.
