We are looking for a Project Manager for the organization of corporate events

What responsibilities await you:

• negotiations with potential partners in Ukraine on the loyalty program for the Company's employees, conclusion of agreements on discounts and bonuses with partners, project management and participation in the monthly update of offers from existing and new partners;
• participation in the development of concepts and implementation of corporate events and business meetings (offline and online), monitoring the work of contractors;
• participation in the organization of external business events, including abroad;
• conducting tenders, conducting contractual work with contractors;

• participation in annual and monthly budgeting, budget implementation control;
• participation in the preparation of video clips, creative and creative individual greetings and business greetings and greetings.

Our expectations:

• complete higher education;
• experience in organizing corporate events in large companies;
• previous experience conducting contractual work with counterparties, understanding the processes of procurement of services in large companies;
• experience in the development of business processes, documentation, standards, presentations; 
• mandatory fluency in spoken and written English.
