Rie Charitable Foundation - Civil-Military Efficiency Fund

Efficiency that strengthens Ukraine's defense capability. 

We are building cooperation between civilians and the military. We implement projects aimed at improving everyday life, preserving life and health. We influence the development of the system of support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Vision:

The defense capability of the country grows in the interaction of the military and the civilian

• project management: process organization, volunteer team coordination, goal setting, planning, accounting, reporting, product production control. 
• work with the army: communication with brigades, creation of agreements with the leadership of brigades, control of logistics, transfer of mobile baths, control of document flow. 
• interaction with the marketing, PR, SMM team: implementation of the communication and marketing strategy of the project, control of the release of materials from the content plan, creation and implementation of marketing ideas for attracting funds. 
• fundraising: creation and control of a fundraising plan, generation of ideas, strategies, sources for attracting funds and materials, putting them into operation, organization and implementation of project strategy events, - organization of events from idea creation to reporting

• systematic work with partners: organization of joint fund-raising initiatives with partners, execution of agreements and fixing and implementation of agreements, control of creation of materials, documents for reporting to benefactors. 
• control of aid delivery, control of documents (interaction with accountant, lawyer)
