Project manager for the marketing department of KSE in Kyiv School of Economics

Your duties will be:

• development and implementation of processes for the effective receipt and processing of requests for current and future events in the organization;

• maintenance of internal media channels, ensuring their relevance;

• distribution of tasks among the department team to ensure effective work on projects;

• creating and maintaining a departmental project map to provide a visual representation of all current and planned initiatives;

• management of financial issues of projects, including budgeting, cost control and financial planning;

• organization of the work of the department, including planning of meetings, coordination with other departments, etcsolving organizational issues;

• analysis of the department's project activity, preparation of reports and recommendations for making informed decisions by the management.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• higher education in the field of marketing, project management or related fields;

• from 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of marketing or agencies;< /p>

• experience working with internal media channels;

• ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders;

• experience in budgeting and financial planning;

• skills in working with project management tools (for example, MS Project, Click Up, Trello, etc.);

• the level of English is not lower than Upper-Intermediate or higher;

• high degree of self-organization and responsibility;

• excellent organizational and analytical skills;

• initiative and creativity.
