TCHU is thousands of people all over Ukraine who make the world a better place every day. (WFP) in the Red Cross Society of Ukraine, who will effectively manage and coordinate all aspects of the project in accordance with the statute and principles of the Red Cross. The project manager will lead the full cycle of project implementation, ensure reporting, collaborate with partners and local authorities, manage the team, and adhere to partner requirements and policies. 

The ideal candidate must combine creativity, strategic thinking and strong analytical skills to effectively manage and optimize project implementation activities, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements responsibilities:

• To carry out activities in accordance with the Charter of the TCHU and the basic principles of the Red Cross, as well as the requirements and policies of partners.
• Managing the full cycle of project implementation - planning, distribution, reporting.
• Management and control over the safe distribution of aid to the population.
• Management of project financial resources and provision of transparent financial reporting.
• Regular monitoring of project implementation progress , analysis of results and development of recommendations for improvement. 
• Supervision of the locations where the project is implemented.
• Providing reports on the progress of project implementation, achieved results and problems to the Manager and partners on a monthly basis or upon request.
• Assurance proper documentation and accounting of all actions within the framework of project implementation.
• Formation, training and management of the team involved in project implementation.
• Coordination and communication with partners regarding implementation steps and activities in areas of project implementation.
• Coordination and communication with employees of other departments and divisions of the TCHU at the national and regional levels.
• Establishment of communications on siteauthority to ensure the implementation of the project.
• Technical support of personnel in the regions regarding the implementation of the project and document flow.
• Performance of duties related to the implementation of the project in a timely and qualitative manner. 
• Execution of other tasks from the Manager and partners related to project activities.
