Project manager for the development of optical systems and suspensions (Gimbal Systems & Payloads) in JobHunt

We are looking for a kproject manager, who will lead the development of our own gyro-stabilized platforms (hangers) and optical-electronic modules — from prototype to mass production.

Project — a line of optical-electronic surveillance systems and guidance (day/night cameras, thermal imagers, laser rangefinders). We want to createcustom "eyes" for our scouts, kamikaze and turrets. We are developing a product that provides a perfect picture at maximum zoom even in conditions of strong vibrations and overloads.

The technical essence of the challenge is to create precision electromechanical systems. The task requires deep engineering synthesis:

• Development of own controllers and control algorithms (FOC, PID regulators) that compensate for carrier vibrations in real time.

• Designing of superlight and rigid suspensions on the basis of direct drive.

All solutions are based on the principlesDesign for Manufacturing (DFM) - the suspension should be technological in assembly, easy to calibrate and cheaper than imported counterparts.

The main goal of the position: creation of a line of own serial suspensions that surpass market analogues in terms of stability and cost.

Desired competencies:

• Understanding the circuitry of motor drivers, working with gyroscopes/accelerometers (IMU) and encoders.

• Understanding the operation of thermal imaging matrices (MIPI, SDI, Ethernet)". trips within the country for testing and meetings with partners.
