Project manager for the creation of the first phase of the electronic pricing system in the field of construction in Fond Shidna Evropa

Eastern Europe Foundation within the scope of the project "Support for Digital Transformation" (DTA) announces a tender for the search of a contractor to provide expert services of a project manager for the creation of the first stage electronic pricing system in the field of construction.

Term of the contract: until the end 2024 with possible extension.

Service engagement: full .

Collaboration format: mixed (a combination of offline and online works). Preference is given to candidates who will be able to work in the city of Kyiv.

Basic tasks and responsibilities within the scope of the contract:

• manage the project to create the first stage of the electronic pricing system in the field of construction;
• coordinate a team of experts and be responsible for achieving project goals.
• participate in the development of the concept and implementation plans of the project ;
• hold regular meetings with interested parties to clarify requirements for the electronic pricing system;
• determine project priorities, KPIs and set appropriate tasks for the team;
• take participation in the development of technical requirements for finding contractors for software development;
• coordinate all stages of software development (SDLC) using Scrum / Kanban / XP approaches and methodologies, etc.;
• ensure processes full documentation of the functionality of the electronic system;
• monitor all stages of software development and prepare relevant reports at the request of the customer;
• have communication with all stakeholders involved in project implementation, in particular with representatives government bodies, developers, etc.;
• coordinate project partners and contractors;
• maintain tasks and project documentation in Confluence / Jira.

Requirements for contest participants:

• more than three (3) years of software development project management experience;
• IT development project management skills using Agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, XP, etc.;
• experience in the development processes of public electronic services for the population and business will be an advantage;
• understanding of the software design and development process, formulation of high-level technical requirements for the software product;< /li>
• ability to structure elements of information systems and to determine technologies and possible software solutions;
• experience in writing technical tasks, requirements and specifications for IT projects.
