Requirements:

• Experience in the field of meat processing
• Knowledge of legislation in the food industry
• Knowledge of quality management systems ISO 9001, ISO 22000 (HACCP)
• Understanding the technology of production and processing of livestock products
• Control parameters of technological processes processing of livestock products. Modern methods of qualitative analysis of meat processing products
• Rules and norms of labor protection, industrial sanitation and fire protection, environmental protection
• Possibility of relocation

Responsibilities:

• Construction, launch and operation of a meat processing enterprise (slaughter, processing, direction - pork, poultry)
• Ensuring smooth operation, implementation of technologies, communication with suppliers
• Organization and control of construction, assembly and installation of equipment
• Performance of control over product quality, technological processes, adherence to recipes, according to international and state norms and company standards
• Development, submission of proposals and participation in the implementation of new production methods
• Control by providing production divisions with all the necessary materials and equipment
• Division budget planning. Analysis of income and expenses. Carrying out measures to optimize costs
