Project manager for support and processing of leasing operations in YuNEKS BANK, AT

JSC "UNEX BANK" announces a competition for filling the vacant position of Project Manager for support and registration of leasing operations. Main tasks: registration and support of leasing operations; submission of questions on the provision of leasing/amendments to conditions for consideration by collegial bodies (Credit Committee, Bank Management Board); control upon receipt of all necessary conclusions of the Bank's services in accordance with the terms of the leasing agreement; verification of the client's documents; drawing up of the leasing agreement (preparation and approval of contracts and accompanying documents on the leasing agreement, agreement with the Bank's services); accompanying the leasing agreement: preparation of documents for registration, insurance and installation of additional equipment for the leased object; formation and sending of monthly invoices for payment to the Lessees (in accordance with the repayment schedules); control over compliance with the payment discipline by the Lessees; drawing up approvals for the departure of the leased objects abroad, preparation and conclusion of agreements on the transfer of ownership of object of leasing to the Lessee). Requirements for the candidate: work experience in banking from 2 years; complete higher education; orientation to the result; orientation to the process; readiness to take responsibility, make decisions; ability to work with documents (accuracy, scrupulousness and structuring); organizational skills (supporting business processes).
