Project manager for production in Everstar

One one of our key customers specializes in the development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles and related equipment.

The company has established and scaled its own production of two types of UAVs.

They are currently looking for a Project Manager for the team.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in project management in series production
• Experience in modernization or introduction of new equipment
• test batch, preprod, series
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
• Excellent managerial qualities

Main duties:

• Creating, planning and managing the work of a production preparation team for the introduction of a series of new products.
• Organizing the work of the team, assigning tasks and monitoring their execution according to the implementation plan.

• Preparation of work progress reports and their presentation to management.
• Ensuring project execution within established deadlines, budget and quality requirements.
• Managing risks and identifying ways to minimize them .
• Communication with specialists of related departments within the framework of implementation of defined projects.
