What to do:

• planning, coordination and implementation of projects related to the activities of the management department affairs;
• compliance of projects with approved goals;
• indetermination of key performance indicators (KPI) for each of the project, strategies and monitoring of their achievement; 400">preparation of professional presentations using data to justify decisions;

• identification and implementation of project management initiatives;

This will require:

• Work experiencewith3 years in the field of project management, or in managerial positions with implementation experience

• Systems thinking - understanding activity as a set of interconnected processes, identifying root causes, predicting consequences, adaptability and critical thinking

• Ability to negotiate, interact effectively with various stakeholders. Motivate the team

  
  

• Analytical abilities: risk analysis, assessment of economic efficiency of projects

• Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Gant, PMBOK or other project management approaches

• Skills in working with tools: Jira, Miro, Confluence

• Analysis of watermelons: Ability to process ancient arrays, draw conclusions, MS Excel or others.

• Presentations: Principles, ability to design, present, MS Power Point or others.
