Project manager for personnel training and development in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will: participate in the development of a talent development strategy; design and develop programs for the development of soft and hard skills, trainings, workshops, master classes, courses; analyze and select the best practices for solving business problems through educational initiatives ; independently manage training projects (work with customers, monitor project implementation, coordinate the work of the project team); participate in the implementation of classroom and electronic training, testing employees in accordance with business needs; make payments for external training; form a library of training materials according to competencies. You you are suitable if you have: a complete higher education (master’s or specialist); work experience of 3 years in the direction of L&D; experience in managing projects of various complexity (from concept to implementation); experience in developing and conducting training events, webinars, courses on request internal and external clients; experience with MS Office 365, SharePoint, Power Point; English at B2 level (preferred); leadership and organizational skills, ability to work in a team.
