Training and staff development project manager Kyiv We are looking for a person who will: participate in the development of a talent development strategy; create design and develop programs for the development of soft and hard skills, trainings, workshops, master classes, courses; analyze and select best practices for solving business problems through educational initiatives; independently manage educational projects (work with clients, monitor project implementation, coordinate the work of the project team); participate in the implementation of classroom and electronic training, testing employees in accordance with business needs; make payments for foreign studies; to form a library of educational materials by competencies. You are eligible if: complete higher education (master's or specialist); work experience from 3 years in the direction of L&D; experience in managing projects of varying complexity (from concept to implementation); experience in developing and conducting training events, webinars, courses at the request of internal and external clients; experience with MSOffice 365, SharePoint, Power Point; English language level B2 (preferred); leadership and organizational skills, ability to work in a team.
