Project manager for personnel training and development in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will:

• participate in the development of talent development strategy;
• create design and develop programs for the development of soft and hard skills, trainings, workshops, master classes, courses; >
• analyze and select the best practices for solving business problems through educational initiatives;
• independently manage educational projects (work with customers, monitor project implementation, coordinate the work of the project team);
• li>participate in conducting classroom and electronic training, testing employees in accordance with business needs;
• make payments for external training;
• form a library of training materials by competencies.

  You are suitable if you have:

  • complete higher education (master or specialist);
  • work experience from < nobr>3 years in the direction of L&D;
  • experience in managing projects of various complexity (from concept to implementation);
  • experience in developing and conducting training events, webinars, courses at the request of internal and external clients;
  • experience with MS Office 365, SharePoint, Power Point;
  • English at the B2 level (preferred);
  • leadership and organizational skills, the ability to work in a team.
