Project manager for optimization of 4G radio communication networks in ZTE, corporation

What you will do:

• Manage 15-20 people in an End-to-End optimization project

• Optimization 4G KPI (key performance indicators) and QoE (quality of subscriber experience)

• Cross-layer LTE strategy adjustment

• Testing new features to obtain maximum effect

• Analysis and provision of KPI reports to the Customer. Preparation of weekly reports for managers and technical specialists

• Conducting or organizing meetings with the customer to discuss progress and project agenda

Minimum qualifications and experience:

• Master's degree in telecommunications or computer science or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an LTE radio system optimization engineer

• Minimum of 2 years project manager experience

• Core experience in 4G radio network planning and optimization

• End-to-end optimization of mobile packet communications networks including NodeB, TX, EPC and Interconnect

• Ukrainian or Russian language (minimum level C1)

• English language (minimum level B2)

Professional skills (Hard Skills)

• Data analytics

• Reporting tools: Excel/Power BI/Tableau (advanced level)

• Knowledge of TCP/UDP networks

• Experience with SQL/Python/Wireshark

• Experience with UME, NETMAX, VMAX

• Experience with data crowdsourcing platforms CellRebel / OpenSignal / TutelaSearch nav
