Your responsibilities will be:

  • assist in the management humanitarian projects from conception to completion;
  • monitoring project progress and performance;
  • prepare regular reports for the Deputy Director and senior management and external stakeholders;
  • coordinate project execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met;
  • foster communication among team members and stakeholders;
  • organize and lead project meetings;
  • monitor competitive initiatives and trends and give recommendations;
  • assist in the development of new humanitarian projects and initiatives;
  • prepare and submit grant applications;
  • coordinate with the marketing department for project coverage in mass media.

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

  • 2+ years of project management experience;
  • experience in grant writing and management;
  • upper intermediate level of English;
  • proven track record of managing large-scale projects and working with diverse teams;
  • strong skills in grant writing and project development;
  • high responsibility and stress resilience;
  • ability to work both in a team and independently;
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
