Project manager for interaction with stakeholders in Kyiv School of Economics

Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) is an alliance of companies founded in 1996 by the EERC and the Eurasia Foundation. Our mission is to create an intellectual foundation for the development of a sustainable and innovative economy in Ukraine. 
KSE Foundation is a direction of the Kyiv School of Economics that unites business, education and civil society for the sake of restoring Ukraine.
We implement large-scale humanitarian, educational and reconstruction initiatives, attracting resources from international partners and Ukrainian companies.

Today we are looking for a project manager who will become a key link in cooperation with stakeholders - partners, donors and state institutions.
This is a role for a person who is able to build trust, coordinate complex processes and implement projects that have a real impact on the country.

The main responsibilities will be:

• Preparation, coordination and support of contracts, agreements, additional agreements, technical tasks, acts; control of versions, terms and signatures (including electronic signature).

• Control and accounting of the implementation of financial agreements of the project with the participation of several stakeholders.

• In cooperation with the legal department — integration of legal requirements into project processes to ensure compliance with legislation and minimize risks.

• Preparation of interim and final reports for donors within the framework of project implementation. Control of receipt of reports from partners.

• Working with state enterprises, authorities, business partners and internal teams.

• Adherence to high standards of business ethics, protection of sensitive information, correct work with personal data.

What is important for this role:

• Higher education (law, finance, economics, public administration or related).

• Work experience of 3 years or more in roles that involved a significant share of work with contracts, budgets, documentation or legal support (project management, operations, legal coordination, grants & compliance, etc.).

• Experience of interaction with the financial and legal functions of the organization: preparation of documents, annexes, acts, control of budgets.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets

• Experience with e-document management, management accounting programs and electronic signature.

• Ukrainian - fluent, English - at least B1 level (for reporting and correspondence).

• Ability to work in conditions of high uncertainty, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and take responsibility for the result.

• High level of business ethics and attention to confidential information.
