No sensor or Ajax control unit reaches the user unless it passes strict quality control with the help of software and hardware developed by the Production Automation team. Our goal is to ensure the serial production of the maximum possible number of devices in the shortest possible time and with the specified quality criteria. Due to the constant growth of the number of parallel projects and the increase of the team, we are looking for a bold and purposeful manager who is not afraid to dive into the wonderful world of hardware development, apply his experience in practice, and also learn and develop together with other team members.

Our global goal for the near future is full automation of production using conveyors and robots at every stage of sensor testing, assembly and packaging.

Responsibilities:

• full management of projects from approval of requirements for automatic testing/firmware/calibration of the device to implementation of all stages on mass. production.
• setting and monitoring the execution of tasks, monitoring the order of boards/components and their installation, inter-team interaction with the device and preprod teams for the release of new devices, with technical by the manufacturing department to scale the developed equipment.
• conducting kick-off and other activities, keeping meeting notes, monitoring the preparation of project documentation, instructions for working with test equipment, programs.
• troubleshooting for projects that are already in production.
• assistance in the processes of people management, team building.
• management of supporting projects required for optimization/automation of processes in the team, interaction between departments, optimization of the launch of pilot batches, modernization of production.

Requirements:

• technical education
• 2+ years of commercial experience as a PM/BA/Manufacturing Automation Manager
• experience and knowledge of tools for building roadmaps, Gantt charts, planning and control of task execution
• experience of successful release of several projects, the more diverse the better.
• proactivity, leadership, high self-organization.
• the ability to listen and hear others, to clearly and briefly convey your thoughts.
• basic understanding of how electronic devices work, what they are made of.
• experience in facilitating meetings aimed at finding the optimal solution in a group of diverse specialists
• the ability to quickly solve emerging issues. quickly switch between tasks, take responsibility
