Project Manager For FinTech Start Up in Digital Sage

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a focus on client communication to lead our project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client expectations and facilitating effective communication. This role offers an opportunity to work with the cross-functional team and make a significant impact on our client project.Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.- Understand client requirements, goals, and expectations, and ensure they are effectively communicated to internal teams.- Coordinate with the internal team, to allocate resources and manage project tasks.- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise to ensure project success.- Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns.- Manage change requests and scope creep, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.Requirements:- 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role.- Excellent English written skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients.- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with the client and internal team.- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.About Us:Digital Sage offers a full range of IT Services.
