We invite to our HR team a Project manager for employer brand development and personnel adaptation
Our expectations:
- Higher education (marketing/PR/communications or personnel management)
- Experience in the field of employer brand development, internal communications
- Experience in participating in the digital promotion of the HR brand
- Experience interaction with contractors
- Knowledge and experience of implementing projects in the field of personnel adaptation
- High level of communication skills, fluency in the Ukrainian language
- Presentation skills
ul>Functional duties:
- Development and implementation of an employer brand development project (with the involvement of specialists from the marketing and HR department)
- Description/development of key aspects of the brand
- Definition of characteristics and the needs of the target audience
- Choice of communication strategy, communication channels, development of key messages
- Participation/implementation of campaigns aimed at attracting talent
- Management of the employer's reputation in social networks and Media
- Update of content on company profiles in professional social networks and job portals
- Organization of speeches, webinars, publication of articles with the participation of company employees
- Planning and coordination of corporate events , aimed at increasing the level of employee involvement.
- Development, implementation and support of projects in the direction of adaptation of new employees
- Implementation and support of the integration of company values into the work of employees
- Work on the effectiveness of internal communications aimed at supporting corporate culture
- Initiation, participation in conducting and evaluating the results of internal and external surveys
