What needs to be done:

• structuring trade financing agreements and documentary business, including approval of transaction terms with participating foreign banks;
• participation in the execution of new agreements with the Bank's Clients/amendments to existing agreements (including consulting, preparation of draft letters of credit/guarantees, maintenance of documentary collection operations, creation of relevant MT7%%, 4%%,9%% messages in the SWIFT system, correspondence with banks)
• performance of control, analysis and support the current portfolio of documentary transactions and trade financing operations of the Bank;
• promoting the search for optimal solutions for effective monitoring of the portfolio of documentary transactions;
• performing an analysis of the Bank’s current tariffs for documentary transactions, and making proposals for their adjustment if necessary;
• supporting sales of documentary business products to the Bank’s Clients, including participation in the organization and holding of training seminars for Bank employees ondocumentary transactions and trade financing;
• participation in the development and approval of the Bank's internal regulations and procedures on documentary transactions;
• participation in the development, implementation and sale of new products of documentary business and trade financing in order to find optimal solutions for the Bank's Clients.

This will require:

• Work experience of at least 5 years in the field of documentary operations and trade finance.
• Fluency in English in the field of trade finance and documentary operations, namely: preparation of documentary business tools, correspondence/negotiations with counterparty banks on issues of documentary transactions, participation in negotiations with counterparties of the Bank's clients under foreign economic agreements.
• Possibility of international certificates in the field of trade finance and documentary business is desirable. Certification in the field of economics, banking, financial management, etc.
• Knowledge of regulatory documents (including international) in the field of documentary business and trade financing;
• Experience in structuring trade financing operations with the participation of foreign financial organizations (banks, export insurance agencies, non-banking financial institutions, etc.);
• Experience in organizing cooperation with financial institutions (in including foreign ones) in the field of trade finance;
• Knowledge of the SWIFT system at the user level (creating, sending messages) for operations in the field of documentary operations
• Orientation on results, effective communications, organization, information analysis, stress resistance, involvement.
