Your main tasks will be:

• implements a learning and development strategy;
• rdevelops training programs at the request of internalcustomers;
• development and implementation of the competency model;
• development and implementation of the personnel reserve development program;
• implementation of the mentoring program;
• implementation of the executive development program.

We expect from you:

• higher education;
• work experience in the field of training and personnel development - at least 3 years in companies with at least 2,000 employees;
• experience in developing and implementing a competency model;
• experience implementation of personnel reserve programs, mentoring;
• English language: Upper Intermediate;
• high level of mastery of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
