What your responsibilities include:

• Full management of construction projects at all stages - from planning before the handover of the object.
• Control of the quality, deadlines and budget of the execution of work, compliance with technical norms and standards.
• Coordination of the work of contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Planning of work schedules, forming the need for materials and equipment.
• Keeping documentation, reporting and project budgeting.
• Decision making operational issues and timely response to challenges on the construction site.
• Daily communication with management and the customer.

Your tasks:

• Develop detailed work plans and follow them execution.
• Organize interaction between all participants in the process.
• Analyze risks and propose ways to minimize them.
• Maintain communication with customers, informing them about the progress of the project.
• Increase the efficiency of work processes and implement best management practices.

You are suitable for us if:

• You have a higher education in the field of construction or related areas.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in the position of a construction project manager, a work executor.
• Practical experience of managing works at objects of consequence classes will be a significant advantage. СС2-СС3.
• You understand technological processes and stages of construction.
• You know how to work with project documentation.
• You know building regulations, standards and have practical knowledge in the field of construction (DBN, DSTU, etc.).
• Driver's license and readiness for business trips.
• Good management skills, discipline, responsibility, communication and the ability to make decisions on the site and in stressful situations.
