What will you do in your position:

• Management of projects of reconstruction / repair / equipment of premises / organization of new workplaces / projects to optimize the use of real estate.
• Ensuring effective interaction of third-party contracting organizations and divisions of the Bank involved in projects for high-quality and timely execution works.
• Optimization of the Bank's costs for design, construction and installation and related construction works.
• Coordination of the process of ongoing repairs of the bank's premises.

< strong>We are looking for a specialist who:

• Education: Construction or Economic / in the field of project management.
< li>Work experience: At least 2 years in a similar position. 
• Organizational qualities and effective communication skills.
