Overview :
A leading entrepreneur is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a new betting brand across multiple regions in Africa. The Project Manager will play a critical role in managing various business projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring the timely achievement of business objectives. This full-time position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Execution : Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans to ensure the successful launch and operation of the betting brand in target regions.
• Team Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align project deliverables with business goals.
• Partner Engagement : Manage communication and coordination with external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and partnership development.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Resource Allocation : Efficiently manage resources, including budget, personnel, and materials, to ensure optimal project performance.
• Stakeholder Communication : Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and successes, ensuring transparency and alignment across all parties.
• Business Development Support : Assess and coordinate new business opportunities, working closely with the entrepreneur to evaluate potential partnerships and growth strategies.
• Process Improvement : Continuously seek ways to improve project management processes, increasing efficiency and effectiveness in delivering business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the online betting or tech industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Notion, Asana, and Monday.com .
• Financial literacy with strong proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in product or software development is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Russian is a significant advantage.
