Project manager for an IT company, Project Manager in Digital Sage

Digital Sage is a young IT company that develops web applications and platforms for clients from the USA and Canada. We are looking for a Project Manager - an assistant for the director with knowledge of English for remote work with a comfortable free/fluid schedule. Main tasks: Project planning: Determining project goals, its scope, time frame, resources and budget, discussion with stakeholders. Risk management: Identification of potential problems and developing strategies to manage them to ensure successful completion of the project. Team Management: Assigning tasks, allocating resources, motivating the team, resolving conflicts and ensuring effective communication. Monitoring and Control: Tracking project progress, monitoring task completion, checking budget and timelines, and regularly updating stakeholders on project status. Quality Management: Ensuring that project deliverables meet established standards and customer expectations, and implementing quality control methods. Communications and Reporting: Interact with customers, stakeholders and other project participants, providing regular reports on progress and achievements. Change management: Assessment and management of changes in the project, including requests for changes in requirements, expansion of the project scope, etc. We are ready to hire people without experience and train them in everything. Minimum salary: 7000 UAH Minimum possible schedule: 4 hours a day Work remotely. After this positions with us, you can grow into a Project Manager with a salary of $1000+.
