The team isnow looking for anexperienced Project Manager who can join the team full-time and help organize and manage their product development backlog. This role requires ahands-on approach tomanaging the processes, prioritization, and roadmap planning toensure seamless progression from conception todelivery. You will work closely with their founder— product leader, supporting the decision-making process while taking charge ofthe detailed execution toensure that the development team remains focused and efficient. This position isfor someone who isprocess-driven and who islooking tomake asignificant impact inadevelopment-heavy environment, with potential growth into aproduct manager role. Key Responsibilities: Backlog management: Efficiently manage the backlog, ensuring that all requirements for the development team are accurately captured, prioritized, and reflective ofthe company’s strategic roadmap. Process organization: Implement and refine project management processes toimprove development workflows. Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies tomaintain adynamic and efficient development cycle. Prioritization and roadmap planning: Collaborate with their Product Lead toalign the development priorities with the company’s strategic objectives. Maintain and update the product roadmap toensure clarity and focus onkey initiatives. Project planning: Tracking and communicating the status ofyour work and meeting deadlines Pay attention todetails: Demonstrate exceptional attention todetail inall aspects ofproject management, ensuring that noelement isoverlooked and that the development team isalways prepared tomove forward. Proficient inAgile project management and Scrum methodologies. You have strong written and verbal English skills for communicating with international teams and stakeholders and high communication skills ingeneral. You have exceptional organizational skills and attention todetail. You have experience inestimating, grooming, and sprint planning.
