Project Manager (FinTech) in Nova poshta

Main responsibilities: Planning and coordination of projects related to financial services; Development and execution of project plans, determination of tasks and resources necessary for their implementation; Constant monitoring of project progress and implementation of measures to solve problems; Ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders, including the project team , management and customers; Preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders on the status of projects; Establishing and managing project expectations with external and internal stakeholders; Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, methods; Ensuring timely completion of projects and compliance with their deadlines; Testing of implemented product changes; Risk management and budgets within the framework of project management. Candidate requirements: 2 years of project management experience; Experience in the implementation and implementation of fintech projects on the side of the processing center of the acquiring banks or on the side of another fintech project; Knowledge of the payment process, payment card transfers and other payment solutions; Knowledge of functioning of international and domestic payment systems (preferred) Analytical mindset, systemic thinking and the ability to set priorities correctly in multitasking conditions; Ability to structure and process quantitative and qualitative data and draw constructive conclusions from them; The presence of a portfolio of launched products/projects, high skills in creating and conducting presentations.
