What you need to do: Communicate with business customers to identify needs; Manage all phases of projects; Set and manage project expectations with external and internal stakeholders (stakeholders); Coordinate and track sub-projects throughout the project/product life cycle; Mentor, motivate project team members; Collaborate with all departments; Debug effective communication; Manage projects using key performance indicators; Manage risks, project budgets; Measure project effectiveness using appropriate systems, tools, and methods. We expect from you: High communication skills, ability to conduct business correspondence; Ability to draw up documentation and presentations; Knowledge and the application of business process modeling methods (BPMN, etc.); Knowledge of project management programs, work on SCRUM, knowledge of JIRA; Work experience of 2 years in a similar position; Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences, conduct negotiations, build team interactions; Analytical mindset, system thinking and the ability to set priorities correctly in multitasking conditions; Experience in managing cross-functional teams of various business departments, with the participation of the IT Department (development teams); Availability of a portfolio of launched projects. — send your resume
